I recently came came across my 2 3D Virtual Environmentsd VRML projects from college. Unfortunately it requires Cosmo player 2.1 [PC Version] [Mac Version] to view these projects but I am hoping to convert these into Flash at some point.

Here is the class website and my direct links:

My New Blackerry Curve - The Jury is still out

Submitted by bkenyon on Fri, 03/20/2009 - 10:59

Well I just bought a new Blackberry Curve with a new Verizon 2 year contract. Im not sure how I like it and if Im going to keep it (definately taking advantage of the 30 day trial). But so far I have been able to sync my google calendar and adddress book. However the email syncing between my personal email address, work email address, and gmail imap folders is funky.

I will need my read, unread, and sent email to sync with my work and gmail imap accounts and haven't quite figured that out yet. Suggestions please.

Google finally syncs Calendar and Contacts to the iTouch

Finally! Google has allowed syncing from the iTouch / iPhone with all of your calendar and contacts. I have been waiting for this solution since I got my iTouch. The interesting thing about their solution is that it utilizes Microsoft Exchange. I wonder what deal and backend switches they made with Microsoft to make this happen. Even if the "Do No Evil" corporation has finally gotten in bed with Microsoft I don't care.
I CAN NOW SYNC MY CONTACTS AND CALENDAR !!!
Check it out for yourself.

Perceived Value of UX questions and requirements documentation.

In a nutshell I think that the User Experience requirements gathering process is a very valuable and necessary process. However it is often a challenge in educating the client on this value and in some ways seems to annoy the client to the point where they say "Alright Already.... just show me a semi working site and I will tell you what I like and don't like. Heck I could almost do this on my own on my Myspace account!"

No Tasks On The iPhone

Submitted by bkenyon on Fri, 06/29/2007 - 21:36

According to the iPhone demo activation video you cannot sync Outlook Tasks to the iPhone.
Only Media, Calander items, Contacts, and notes.
I guess you can actually schedule meetings and talk with people while trying to organize your life around your new phone. But never actually GTD by checking off and creating task lists and categories. This could be exactly why it is not considered a business phone.
